Ridge HOA Open Space Areas

The Ridge HOA Forestry Committee is responsible for maintaining Open Space forests and trees along with developing and implementing wildfire mitigations in these areas.

Each homeowner is encouraged to maintain their own trees and develop and implement wildfire mitigations and home hardening on their own property.

We each have responsibility for maintaining our owned areas to increase the probability of minimizing and surviving a wildfire.

What we choose to do and not to do impacts ourselves and each other.

Wildfires ignore boundaries like those in the map. Poorly mitigated areas will typically burn hotter with longer flame lengths resulting in increased probability of home, property and neighborhood damage.
